Abstract In order to break through the traditional von Neumann architecture of computing and memory cell separation speed up speed, it is necessary realize in computing, memristor an excellent carrier computing. Then, development, principle, characteristics application prospect are briefly introduced, characteristic curve obtained by simulating model memristor. The principle explained more intuitively. based on resistor, simple logic circuit design described. structure can be realized using resistor as calculation element adding a CMOS inverter, so circuit. paper designs including gate, or gate spice software, simulates gate. above adder carried out, diagram scheme given, description SPICE simulation given. reviewed summarized, its advantages disadvantages analyzed, optimization improvement proposed.
